Brock’s Family Drinks was built on something deeper than beverages—it was built on connection, family, and a desire to make a meaningful difference.
In late 2020, Kindra, a single mom, adopted two of her four boys, ages 6 and 8, from foster care. Supporting and mentoring youth had always been part of her life—through tutoring, mentorship programs, and her role as a den mom in Boy Scouts. But during the adoption process, she gained a much deeper understanding of the foster care system and the challenges many children face.
She saw firsthand how siblings are often separated and how, at 18, many young adults age out of the system with little more than a trash bag of belongings and a bus ticket—forced to navigate life on their own without a support system.
After adopting her boys, Kindra became determined to find a way to help. As a single mom without significant financial resources, the path forward wasn’t obvious. But one day, while preparing a batch of homemade drink mixers for friends, inspiration struck.
What if these drinks could become something more? What if they could support her family—and also give back to youth aging out of foster care?
That idea became the foundation for something bigger. In 2023, Brock’s Family Drinks was officially founded—built on the belief that something as simple as a shared drink, like their Fizzy Lemonade or the innovative collagen-infused Joshua Juices, can create connection, opportunity, and impact.
The brand began with its first commercially produced drink, Whiski’nade, marking the start of a journey rooted in purpose.
